Terms of Service

The service

These terms cover AI RAP FX at airapvideofx.com. You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms. By creating an account or submitting material, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Paid generation and one-time credit checkout are available, subject to the current product quote and availability. The service is operated by Vensira Aethelis Inc. What each product provides

The service offers two separate product modes: an original rap audio track from reviewed lyrics, and a fixed-track template video that edits a performer using your photo. Template music is not generated again. The current video specification is approximately five seconds at 480p; original song duration follows the generated track. Longer videos and other resolutions are not included unless the current quote expressly offers them. Artwork is illustrative and is not a delivered sample or a celebrity endorsement.

Accounts and material

Keep your account credentials secure. You must have the rights and permissions needed for every photo, video, sound recording, composition, lyric and identifiable person you submit. Finding a clip online or seeing it on another service does not give you a licence. Follow the Content & Likeness Policy. Do not upload confidential or sensitive personal material.

You retain rights you already hold in your inputs. You permit us and the processors needed for your requested task to host, process and deliver that material. This limited processing permission does not transfer ownership to us or let us publish your uploads as promotional examples. AI output may not be unique, accurate, copyrightable or cleared of third-party rights. We do not grant blanket commercial rights to music, performances, likenesses or other material that we do not own. Review output and obtain any necessary permissions before publishing or commercial use.

Quotes, credits and payment

When enabled, packs are one-time purchases in USD, not subscriptions. Audio and video use one shared credit balance; buying audio is not required to use a fixed-track video. Review the price, currency, taxes, total and any credit validity terms shown before paying. Credits are service units, not cash, a transferable currency or an investment.

A current quote and explicit credit-charge confirmation are required before a paid task. Input changes invalidate the quote. Credits are reserved on submission and settled after verified delivery. A confirmed technical failure returns reserved credits; an unresolved task remains reserved during reconciliation. Checking the same task does not buy a new generation. A new creative variation requires a new quote and charge; there is no automatic purchase of a retry. See the Refund & Delivery Policy.

Delivery and limitations

Results appear in your account after processing and verification. Download them for your own backup; this service is not a permanent archive. Processing time depends on the selected task, provider queues and outages; no instant-delivery or quality-match guarantee is made. Inspect outputs before sharing and clearly disclose AI-generated or AI-edited content where required. Never present a fabricated performance as an authentic statement or endorsement by a real person.

Misuse, suspension and your rights

We may restrict material or accounts to investigate unlawful content, misuse or security problems. We may preserve relevant records where required for a dispute or legal obligation. A restriction does not remove any mandatory consumer or privacy rights. Contact us about errors or rights complaints. Changes apply prospectively; a changed price does not authorize a new charge for an existing task. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
