Scope and current availability

This notice covers AI RAP FX at airapvideofx.com. This early-access service offers paid generation and one-time credit purchases. Availability is shown in the studio. AI RAP FX is operated by Vensira Aethelis Inc (“we”). For support, privacy or rights requests, email leeshaowei3@gmail.com or use the contact page.

What stays on your device, and what is uploaded

• Local drafts: photos, lyrics, selected recordings and project settings are saved in this browser’s IndexedDB. Choosing a file alone does not submit an AI task. Exported project JSON can contain your media; share it carefully. Clear this site’s browser storage to remove local drafts. Signing out alone does not clear them.
• Account data: registration and sign-in use your name, email, password authentication data and session records. Sessions may include IP address and browser information for security. Do not put sensitive information in your display name.
• Submitted material: preparing a photo-video quote uploads the selected photo. Saving a private template uploads its video, soundtrack and performer description. Submitted generation tasks store lyrics, settings, job status, output media and credit records. These are separate from local drafts.
• Support and billing: we store requests you send to the help desk. When payments open, orders, payment identifiers and credit entries will be needed for delivery, reconciliation and disputes. Card details will be handled by Stripe, rather than stored as full card numbers by AI RAP FX.

Why information is processed

We use information to provide the account and the task you request, deliver and recover results, calculate credits, respond to support and prevent abuse. Where applicable, the legal bases are performance of the requested service, legitimate interests in security and dispute resolution, legal obligations for financial records, and consent where required. Permission to depict a person does not replace any additional consent required by law. You may decline to upload material; the relevant generation task will then be unavailable.

Providers and international processing

Cloudflare hosts the website, account/task database and private media storage. When a generation is enabled and submitted, the material needed for it is sent through WaveSpeedAI and the relevant model services, currently Mureka for original audio and Seedance for video editing. Model processing may take place outside your country. Stripe will process checkout information when payments open. Their policies apply to their own processing: Cloudflare, WaveSpeedAI, Stripe.

AI RAP FX does not train its own models using your uploads or publish your material in a public gallery. This is not a guarantee of zero retention or no training by every upstream service. Do not upload confidential recordings, identity documents or intimate images. Provider-specific retention, contractual safeguards and international transfer arrangements must be checked before sensitive uses; this service is not offered for those uses.

Cookies and local storage

Essential session cookies keep you signed in; browser storage keeps your draft and interface preferences. Currently the public site has no configured Google Analytics, Plausible, advertising or third-party chat integration. If optional tracking is introduced, this notice and the required choices will be updated before it is enabled. You can clear cookies and site data in your browser; doing so can sign you out and remove drafts.

Retention and security

Local drafts remain until you clear the site’s browser storage or replace them. Submitted material is retained for task delivery, recovery and support; there is currently no automatic 24-hour deletion promise. Account records are kept while needed for the account, and financial/security records may need longer retention for legal obligations or disputes. Deletion requests are reviewed separately from clearing browser data. Backup copies and upstream provider copies may remain under their own retention rules.

Private media delivery requires account authorization and the website uses HTTPS. No system can guarantee absolute security. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices and requests

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, a copy of your information, restriction or objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent. Contact us using the request instructions; account deletion and server-media deletion are not currently self-service buttons. We may need proportionate evidence to verify a request. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority. The service is for adults aged 18 or over. Report suspected child data or unauthorized use of your likeness through the same contact route.

Material changes will be recorded with a new policy date. The published preview is not a certification of compliance in every jurisdiction.
