Contact & Rights Requests

Account support

If you have an account, open the help desk. You may be asked to sign in. Include the task or order reference and a short description. Requests are recorded for support review; submitting one does not automatically cancel a task or issue a refund. No fixed response-time guarantee is offered during early access.

For privacy requests, use a subject such as “Privacy: access / correction / deletion”. Deleting browser data removes local drafts, not server records; request server deletion separately. Do not include passwords, full card details or API keys.
