Bring material you can use

Upload only material you own or are authorized to process in this way. Permissions may be needed separately for the video, sound recording/master, composition and lyrics, performance, portrait/likeness and any third-party branding. A platform’s music licence or permission to view a clip may not cover AI editing, redistribution or commercial use. A trend, meme or competitor example is not proof of permission.

For a real person, obtain informed permission for the specific AI editing and intended publication. We do not offer celebrity voice cloning or permission to imply a real rapper endorses you. Our marketing artwork depicts a fictional adult performer, is AI-created and is labelled as artwork rather than a delivered sample.

Prohibited uses

Do not submit or create non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery, sexual content involving minors, fraud, deceptive impersonation, fabricated endorsements, defamatory or harassing depictions, unlawful threats or hate, privacy violations, or material that infringes rights. Do not use someone’s face or recording as proof they said or did something they did not. Do not bypass access controls or submit material without the required consent.

The service is for adults aged 18 or over. Do not upload children’s faces or sensitive personal material. An upload checkbox records your statement of permission; it is not a licence from a copyright owner and is not proof of another person’s consent.

Review and disclose AI use

AI may change wording, identity details, movement or timing, and may produce inaccurate or similar outputs. Inspect audio and video before sharing. Clearly disclose AI generation or editing where required by law or the publication platform. Preserve available provenance labels. A website notice alone does not certify that an exported file has machine-readable watermarking or meets every platform’s labelling rules.

Report a rights or likeness concern

Use Contact for a privacy, copyright or likeness concern. Include the location or task reference if known, what rights are affected, your relationship to the person/material and a reply contact. Provide only what is needed to investigate; do not send identity documents unless specifically requested through an appropriate process. We may restrict disputed material while assessing a report and request proportionate supporting information. No policy page by itself establishes eligibility for a copyright safe harbour or guarantees that a use is lawful. These rules do not grant rights in a source clip or override statutory rights.
