Refund & Delivery Policy

Current sales status

One-time credit packs are available through Stripe checkout. Packs cost $4.99 for 100 credits, $12.99 for 300 credits or $27.99 for 700 credits, in USD, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Review the final amount, any applicable tax and available payment methods in checkout. Do not send money outside the site to purchase credits. See Pricing for current product charges.

Digital delivery and credit settlement

There is no physical shipment. A completed, verified audio/video task is delivered through the signed-in studio and an authenticated download. Save your own copy. Timing varies with task and provider queues; there is no guaranteed completion deadline. An unresolved task should be checked using its saved reference rather than purchased again.

Credits are reserved when a task is accepted, settled after verified delivery and returned after a confirmed technical failure. A delay, a closed browser tab or an uncertain provider status does not by itself establish failure or trigger a second task. Cancelling the upload-preparation wait stops preparation in that browser; it does not cancel or refund an already-submitted provider generation.

Creative changes and unsuccessful delivery

Changing a style, photo or other creative choice after a result requires a new quote. This does not remove rights concerning defective, missing or misdescribed services. If the delivered file is broken, the wrong task is supplied, or credits appear incorrect, send the task reference and a description through Contact. Do not include passwords, card numbers or API keys.

Cash refunds and cancellation

Returning reserved credits is different from refunding a money payment. For a suspected duplicate, unauthorized or incorrect payment, or a request concerning unused purchased credits, contact us with the order reference. Eligibility and any required remedy depend on the actual transaction, delivery and applicable consumer law; we do not impose a blanket “all sales final” rule. Where a cash refund is due, it is handled through the original payment channel after verification. Bank processing times vary. There is currently no subscription to cancel and no automatic renewal.

Any statutory withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights remain in force. We will not treat a checkbox or mere upload as a blanket waiver of those rights. Refund requests are reviewed through the contact channel; there is no self-service cash-refund button.
